SWIGSAFE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the
Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and
“your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refers
to SWIGSAFETM.

As an ambassador, we provide a personalized code for you to share and
have your referrals use with their purchase. This code is not to be shared
on public coupon/discount websites such as retailmenot.com,
couponsock.com and others like it.

We are looking for people who understand the importance of
SWIGSAFETM. SWIGSAFETM is a party tumbler with a secure life to help
protect your drink from being drugged and measurement icons
representative of standard drink amount to show how much alcohol you’re
pouring/drinking for a safer experience when out having fun. SWIGSAFETM
gives you more control over your drink and awareness about how much
you’re drinking so that you can have fun and connect with others in a more
meaningful and safer way. While SWIGSAFETM is a safety product it also if
a fun, easy-to-use, reusable tumbler for alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages that you can take from day-to-night for healthy, active, social,
on-the-go lifestyles. The reusable Tumbler offers a sustainable solution for
drinking and hydrating on-the-go, helping eliminate waste of plastic

singleuse bottles and supporting both people and planet. SWIGSAFETM
provides a more controllable alternative to open party cups and glasses.
The product also features attachable charms to help users keep track of
their cups in a crowd, while adding an element of customization. The
lanyard means you can keep your drink with you at all times and remain
hand-free and the spillproof allows you can focus on having fun and not
about whether you’re going to be “wearing” your drink. Part of our goal is
also to help reduce single use plastic bottles by having people use
SWIGSAFETM’s during life’s most festive events and experiences.

With SWIGSAFETM we hope to demonstrate that safety, fun, and
convenience all go hand in hand. By becoming a SWIGSAFETM Brand
Ambassador, you will be representing our company and our mission.

We want our ambassadors to proudly represent our brand, lifestyle, and
morals. If you are independently driven, ambitious and share our brand
morals, then you are the perfect person for this endeavor!

WE ASK OUR AMBASSADORS TO:
• Reach out to friends, family, and acquaintances via social media/
word of mouth to educate them on our brand & lifestyle
• Help promote our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, etc.),
giveaways & events.

• Send us photos once a week that you have taken that we can post on
our website and social media
• Post at least once a month on social media promoting SWIGSAFETM
(Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Ideas include...
• Call to action telling your friends/followers to follow the SWIGSAFETM
Instagram account (@SWIGSAFE)
• Call to action to tell you, friends / follower, to purchase a
SWIGSAFETM
• Post or story a picture of you or others using SWIGSAFETM and tag
us
• In general, be creative and have fun with it!
Submit a photo of yourself. We will publish this on the Brand Ambassador
page on our website. Each ambassador will have their picture, university/
college or occupation, and social media handle featured on the Brand
Ambassador page on our website. If you are uncomfortable with your
profile appearing on our website, simply reach out to us and we will take it
down by request.
Recruit new, like-minded ambassadors to join the SWIGSAFETM Brand
Ambassador team.

For college students: Build a community on campus to help promote
SWIGSAFETM and recruit new ambassadors.
Help drive sales to www.SWIGSAFETM.com (our retail website) through the
use of social media, word of mouth and any other reasonable means.

COMPENSATION
As an Ambassador, you will receive a 5% net commission on all sales
generated using your unique referral code. In the event that an
ambassador earns more than $500 in one year, that person must fill out
and submit a W9 form to the company. Refusal to do so will result in any
further payments being withheld pending the submission of the W9 form.
Generally speaking, commissions are paid around the 5th of each month
for the previous month’s sales. Commissions will not be paid on returned
goods.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
As a Brand Ambassador, we expect you to represent our brand in good
taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and
sharing.
When posting your content, please make sure to tag @SWIGSAFE and
use the hashtags: #SWIGSAFE #partytumbler #SWIGSAFElife

RESTRICTIONS ON CREATING OR SHARING
CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH SWIGSAFETM
NAME/PRODUCTS/ GEAR:

• X-rated and sexually explicit materials
• Promoting violence and/or drug use
• Promoting illegal or questionable activities
• Violated intellectual property rights
• Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability,
sexual orientation, or age
We are in the business of promoting healthy, safe, and responsible
relationships with alcohol, therefore all images and messages posted must
align with our mission. There should be no images of individuals who are
visibly intoxicated or have consumed too much.
NOT FOLLOWING ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS
WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CODE DEACTIVATION
AND REMOVAL FROM THE BLUE SWIGSAFETM
AMBASSADOR PROGRAM, FOLLOWED BY A
PERMANENT BLOCK
